Currently, insurance coverage, business litigation, construction, personal injury, property, and municipal liability in Federal and state court.  Extensive experience representing labor unions and union members in collective bargaining negotiations; regarding grievances, disciplinary proceedings, and litigation through arbitration and appeal.  Intellectual property registration and rights in Federal and state courts, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), the U.S. Copyright Office, the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), and the Trademark Trials and Appeal Board (TTAB).
