Currently, insurance coverage, business litigation, construction, personal injury, real property rights, and municipal liability in Federal, state and appellate court.  Extensive experience regarding employment law, including representing labor unions and union members in collective bargaining negotiations; grievances, and disciplinary proceedings through arbitration and appeal.  Intellectual property registration and rights in federal and state courts, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), the U.S. Copyright Office, the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), and the Trademark Trials and Appeal Board (TTAB). Established and enforced intellectual property rights for digital content providers, and their associated partners and content providers, in 26 countries.
