Biography

René grew up in New York’s Adirondack Park where hard work and helping neighbors were necessary traits.  Those traits are central to the practice of law… helping clients achieve the best results demands hard work and an understanding of what their needs are.  In addition to hard work, René leverages his extensive experience to resolve litigation in his clients’ favor.  Admitted to the California bar in 1998, he has litigated false claims act, unfair business competition, personal injury, construction defect, insurance coverage, excessive use of force, and toxic tort suits.  René specializes in dispositive motions where he routinely secures early judgments.  René is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in California.
